IAF chief visits Suryalanka base

New Delhi, Aug 13, 2017: Chief of Air Staff, Indian Air Force, Air Chief Marshal B.S. Dhanoa arrived at the Air Force Station, Suryalanka, on Saturday. He was received by Group Captain Satyendra Sharma, Station Commander, Air Force Station, Suryalanka.

IAF chief visits Suryalanka baseNew Delhi, Aug 13, 2017: Chief of Air Staff, Indian Air Force, Air Chief Marshal B.S. Dhanoa arrived at the Air Force Station, Suryalanka, on Saturday. He was received by Group Captain Satyendra Sharma, Station Commander, Air Force Station, Suryalanka.

The Chief of Air Staff during his interaction with the air warriors, complimented them on their diligence. He exhorted the personnel to operationalise the new equipment in a systematic manner.

He laid stress on base security to preserve the assets of IAF, both equipment and humans.

Air Chief Marshal Dhanoa reviewed the operational and maintenance activities, and progress made towards the infrastructural development at the station.
